helllloooooooo....... i think i got YKH's syndrome (habit for not updating blog in a long period of time) he he... sorry Kok Hoe...
what happened to me in the past 2 months (dipendekkan cerita)
1. Attended a friend's wedding... Natasha and Douglas Lim... My beloved friends who committed to dogs full time okay... can 'kawan2' with Emelda... he he...
2. New post! Yeaa! Me become bodyjam headteacher! ahaks! Hopefully a presenter and a trainer later...
3. Became Ruums regular visitor every Thursday nite to support So You Think You Can Dance... Congratulations Alam... You totally deserve it!!
4. 'Survived' a massive asthma attack.. yikes... still seeing specialist... i'm cutting down all the cold food and drinks (ya right...)
5. Sime Participated in Oil & Gas Exhibition 2007 in Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (OGA). Me 'jaga booth' for the full 3 days... OMG!! i can still feel the pain from driving in KL jam and from 8 hours of standing and smiling..
6. Right after OGA, launched Bodyjam for Fitness First with Tracy, K Ju, Azie, Anthony, Kenny and Ken. Congratulations to BJ-licious for winning the BJ Tribe challenge.. More news for this, pls refer Osmy's aka BJ-licious Manager! heeee... good job man...
6. Launched Bodyjam in Island Plaza, Penang. My first trip to Fitness First Island Plaza. They serve Milo and Sarsi as well..
7. I'm officially a permanent member of Geng 606... he he... this is another set of my friends apart from gym and uni peeps... all from Sime's personnel .. in a way, they were the one who were responsible for my 'asthma trigger = vigorous swimming session in Port Dickson'... heh heh... love you guys still... but pls no more asthma... penat weii... lots of karaoke session... mkn2 session... the latest, mkn2 and swimming session at my apartment... 'clubbing' with my adik, Natsume Maya... wah, boley tahan budak kecik nih...
8. Lost a dear 'abang'... Al-Fatihah to Allahyarham Azizan b. Abdan. May Allah bless his soul. Hanya doa kami untuk Abang. :( I can still hear his laugh sometimes... got thru old albums last night... there were no bitter memories with him. His smile, his laugh, his talent, his 'bebelan' always had been a good one... Adikara will never be the same without him definitely!

2nd day of horror coughing
hmmm, after a long 'shouting' session for Jimmy last nite... me go kaput again...
went to Ruums for SYTYCD live show.. we were there as Jimmy's family VIP's list... wearing same t-shirts... holding the banner and posters for Jimmy... quite an experince.. Jimmy's parents were there, claire, k ju, k tina, anthony, edward and semua2 lah.... had a great time with the show... overall comments my favourite will be jimmy, nikki, yuz and brancy... they are my Top 4 for now...
really impressed with Azwa (the malay contemporary choreographer)... just remind me of my 'ayahanda jasni'... so full of aspirations... Azwa really turned those 2 couples (which 3 of them are non-malay) into a superb performer!!! nikki, always been a hip-hopper breaker turned into an incredibly smooth sensational 'penari melayu'... i rike!!! brancy, the dance is as beautiful as her... so like Puteri Gunung Ledang... hip-hop dance tak berapa gempak lah.... was it the dancer of the choreographer? even the broadway, i think our Bodyjam 40 jive and swing is very much broadway....
Kinda dissapointed with Sue... She has a superb ballet background, but her dance last nite kinda 'hambar'... so-so... nothing special... i hope she'll do better next week... so pity for Shake... hmmm, takde rezeki lah tu... Vish really needs to work on other genre of dance... his latin, was so not latin last nite...
hmmmm, one big suggestion to the lady contestants.... have u girls ever heard of g-string???? 1, 2, 3... halllllooooooooo............ duh-huh... kalau dah pakai seluar ketat2 tu... paham2 jelah....

adoiiiii....
i'm alive i'm alive....
so many things had happened... so many things to blog... but i dunno why i didn't update any of those here... sowwiii aaaahh...
Summarize (important events which happened between March and today)
1. NRSW Event... so bestlah... nothing to say except Thank You Nike for the gorgeous NikeWomen outfit, Superb Nike Vision sunglasses and a stylish Nike Timing watch!!! oh, how can i forget the nice dinner at That Indian Thing...
2. Kylie's Assessment: wah, so ken-choeng leh... i think everybody else also felt the same thing... i would say it went very well... heard feedback from her which i never expect to get it from a Master Trainer (in a wonderful way lah)... still feels i'm flying everywhere, every now and then... gonna keep my promise to her, bring Bodyjam to a level where it suppose to be... new post offer? hmmm, very likely to accept it ;-)
3. So You Think You Can Dance: He he... went thru the audition with Jimmy and Claire... Jimmy made it to Top20!! congrats Bro... i know u'll be in it... u definitely got my votes... hmm, watch out for 'Shake'... i kinda like him oso... he he... fight fight fight... my interview came out in the 1st episode... so maluuuuuu.... org opis sume bising... alah, i pun nak glemer jugak... he he... made it to 3rd round, but unfortunately i had to leave to Denmark... oso featured on the show... so malu again... never mind, next year i mesti pegi... and Juwita already promised me to teman!!!
4. Denmark trip: a very brief business trip... my 1st time to Europe country... so nice, i like... the weather, the people, the culture, the working environment, which very unlikely you would find it in Malaysia.. found a very experienced business partner, we are reviewing the MOU currently... so, missing the oppportunity to be on TV is worth it after all ya...
5. Port Dickson Trip: My 1st outing with Geng 606 =D so they called themselves lah... they are all collegues from office which have been a very important part of my life too... thank you all for the blast weekend... haven't felt that for a long time.... yeaaa, we all need a vacation once in a while... looking forward for the next one... but, after i recover of course... Shahril, keep ur 'accountant' skills intact... Rossi, jgn le berbunga sangat... Suffian, hmmm u might want to show a bit of your 'feminine' side once in a while... K Kay, hope for your happiness always... adik firdaus, u know u always welcome in my life... Azmer, kawen nanti jgn lupa jemput (nanti buley masuk megezin Hai... he he)... Massuwati, hmmm ko buat je lah apa kau suka... aku ok jer...

LATESTTTT!!! i was sick for the past 2 weeks and i still am!!! anybody has a cure for asthma plzzz... not doing classes for almost 2 weeks also... didn't go to work also... had been to SJMC ER for 4 times!!! in 2 weeks.... 16th April, 18th April, 26th April and 30th April... hmmm, all got the nebulizer session... i dunno why this time around my asthma doesn't tone down at all... hmmm, need more rest i suppose...
