overdue.. a bit only...

eheh... so many things had happened.. so lazy to write so many things... :D

Sat Aug 2nd..
- 1100 facial appointment
- 1800 off to buy durians for Syah's opeh house
- 1900 arrived at Syah's place... cool white environment... having great time with My Kakaks.. Usop and the gang.. Amir, Fina and the gang as well... played UNO with an enormous laugh... hehe... as expected, after the durian fest.. me've fallen asleep... errkk.. nearly under the couch... open my eyes.. half of the crowd gone.. ahaks!
- went back home around 1am i think... sleep like a log until the next morning...

Sunday Aug 3rd
- Off to Kerteh with Azma (my little sis at the office..)after lunch..
- Reached Awana Kijal before dark.... so hot.. so tired...

Monday Aug 4th
- Early meeting with Ranhill/ Carigali... really rushing as I wanna reached home before 5pm :D
- Again.. as expected.. you can't really 'twist' the meeting and make it short isn't it... managed to return back to hotel at 1.30pm!! took a quick shower... checked out and off we go!!
- huhu.... reached Gombak around 4.30pm.. yup.. you can imagine how the jam looks like at that hour... we managed to get home at 6.30pm... OMG.. i suppose to be in Cheras by 7pm.. why Cheras? eheh... Hiphop/ Street Jazz workshop with Yannus and Manuela.. i took off from USJ at 6.35pm... and guess what.. reached Leisure Mall by 7.05pm... eheh.. Jimmy was waiting for me in his car... and we went to the dance studio... had a great time learning from experts like Manuela and Yannus.. if i have any other chance.. i'll sure do it again..
- so hungry after that yet so tired...
- came back home... deep shower... did laundry.. bla bla bla... slept at 1am.. huhu...

Tuesday + Wednesday = KAPUT!!!

yuh-huh.... my classic symptoms... any lack of sleep more than 2 days in a row... KAPUT!!! no voice... i had my 1st migrain... i think.. severe pain and it never goes away... straining for hours... huhu... i never had migrain before... had Fifi to do my KBT class.. thanks dear.. got a bit strength to do Wed replacement class at Curve though... after that, KAPUT!!!

Thursday was spinning day....

Friday felt a bit better... but i've no strength to do classes.. saving my energy for sunday onwards classes... from a PT session on friday, i went to see 'Susuk'... eheh... Malay kinda horror movie... Good story line.. me like it actually... just leave the fact that they make the main actress (Diana Rafar) like an idiot... there's no way a girl can be that naive about 'Susuk'... boo-hoo... but normal for Malay movies... majority of Malay directors always overlooked tiny bits of details which made the movie sooooooo stupidddddd....... only Ida Nerina and Adlin gave a good performance in that movie... even a glimpse of Yasmin Ahmad as a nurse has more impact than others...

saturday... spent my whole evening/ night time with my long time no see friend, Nor Azah Aziz... she's flying to Melbourne after Raya for her PhD... wish her the best of luck! we've paid a visit to a friend's house in Cheras.. then, went to Mines after that... karaoke session.. eheh.. and shopping session... i bought 2 dresses.. yup, it's for Melisa's wedding this coming September.. i need to buy new one as i only have 2 or 3 dresses which is black, dark brown... so not suitabe for wedding... the one that i bought is one very colourful (pelangi sangattttt).. and one shocking pink! ahah... me kinda open my heart a bit to pink.. hehe.. Niens will laugh out loud when she read this.. :D

Sunday... kinda rest day... other than doing my IOI class.. my day spent with watching Olympic games...

hmmm.. talking about Olympic...
1. The opening ceremony........ gempakkkkkk gilerrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!
2. Watched my all time favourite.. women volleyball... the no 1 world 2007 rank, Russia.. lost to Italy with a very good fight... huh... the same girl, Gamova.. the 7 footer girl still ini the team.. remembered her at the Athens...
3. Gymnastics qualifying round... China team is very strong... they ranked one beating the favourite team USA.

In Yahoo news today.. USA coach kinda bengang of China team.. he accused the girls are not more than 14 yrs of age... which the rules stated they have to be 16 and above (i'm not really familiar with gymnast rules though..)... honestly speaking, the girls do look very young... my personal opinion... regardless of the age... if you are good... then you are good... US team will only make a fuss if the China won... if they didn't, then there will not be any problem isn't it.. huhu...

Summary = one whole week.. no PT... tonite.. my muscle will be screaming again...

p/s: OMG... the resume for BJ presenter not yet done... huwaaa..........
