In conjunction of musical theatre Puteri Gunung Ledang.. even though i didn't manage to watch it... and yet... my life is fond of the theme song...

Be Transformed!

Have you came across this "BE TRANSFORMED" phrase?? for Fitness First people, maybe you might notice it on the studio wall of at the pillar... it's actually Nike's new motto for their current product launch... Why suddenly i'm so keen? well... i was involved in their event in Wisma Atria, Singapore last week!

I was featured as the "Strong Sister".... i don't really know why they chose me at the first place... but i figure, maybe they were interested in my 'transformation'.... hehe... easy hor... from chubby girl, to a bit smaller yet still bubbly lady... haha...

I was asked to do a demo of my program.... Bodyjam i thought of course... errkkk.... they advised that Bodycombat is more appropriate for a STRONG sister.. haha... yep peeps... me did a Bodycombat demo... Thanks to Kelvin Tan, Ben Tang, Eve and Emma.... for 'forbidding' me to do a cute smily version of bodycombat.. heeee..... Vivi, Naila and Amy did the Nike Rockstar Dancehall Workout.. they are Bold Sister... and Jeanette Aw, Julian and Vivi did a Bodyjam demo.. BJ47 and 46 bit here and there.... They are Sister One after the demo... there were some interview sessions with Singapore local newspapers and magazines... and Alan Wu was one if the audience.. he brought along his wife and 2 kids... sho shweeeeetttttttt.........

simple event... yet still very tiring... (at least i felt that way..ngeee...)

went back to hotel... and had a quick nap... hehe... why? so can't resist it....





hehe.. yeahhh... the room is sooooooo my taste!! modern and simple.... no fluffy stuff... with red here and there...

went off at 3pm to do the hair and makeup... despite of my pimples of the month, :P, it turned out pretty well.. hehe... thanks to the makeup artist!

And he took a photo of me with the 'old me' as well...



Overall... it's really a new experience for me.... being interviewed by the media... telling all my 'hardship' to get where i am now... and hopefully it can inspire other women to live their life to the fullest! you can achieve anything if you really want it... JUST DO IT!!! :D

Leonora runs??

yaaaa.... unbelievable... yet, it's kinda true.. ehemmmmm..... i didn't know what i was thinking at the moment i say YES to this.. :P to cut it short.. i did this because my sistas were so looking forward to it and i so don't want to miss the fun... hehe... and yep.. it was so damn.... small-tini-tiny-fun and lots of 'cry-cry' moments.... yikes... why... i don't run! (the same as i don't read! :P) so, my first time running was the 6km cross country!! yeahh.. it served me right... painful on both legs for two days... and i vowed to myself, no more running competition :P so next time, when my sista decided on their next running, me just gonna be there being a cheerleader... yayy!!

Nahhh... it's not a tag game... Just my random facts, my thoughts about Valentine's Day...

1. I believe it's a good day to share the happiness with your loved ones
2. I'm happy to see my beloved friends planning all out for their loved ones (happy but jealous oso :P)
3. NO ONE (family and sistas are exception), has ever considered me as their Valentine's... huhu
4. I have NEVER received any flowers on Valentine's Day
5. Seriously, I CRAVED for a candle light dinner on Valentine's Day.. I know it's a cliche, but for a lady who has never experienced it, I WANT ONE!!!!

so.. waddaya think? ;-)

Eventhough, being an open-minded lady (i claim myself to be an open minded person :P), i still very much believe it's not really appropriate for a lady to ask a guy to go out for Valentine's Day Special Occasion (dinner ka, jalan-jalan ka).... *sigh*

sad? nahh.. i'm not sad... just wishing my coming Valentine's should be better...

Has anybody listened to this song? originally is from Kahitna, an Indonesian singer... but our local artiste has 'remix' it so it sounded a bit different, yet the melody and lyrics still gives me the same feeling and pleasure... for those who doesn't understand Malay.. sorryyyy.... i give you conclusion only la horrr... about a guy, who adores a girl friend... fall in love with her cos he thinks that she is pretty aka 'cantik' inside out... the end. hehe... I seldom hear this new version, but i do have the old version somewhere in my Media Player playlist... why this song is so special to me? wellllll..... i always see myself as 'NOT pretty'.. so somebody said, i should not be feeling that way... so i was given this song.. ;-) so sweeeeeeeeetttttttttt...........

One Tree Hill

weyyyyyyy....... i'm easily tired these few weeks.... Vit C and Multivitamins do helps a lot... ouch... dah tua la kut... hehe... your body is not as strong as before... your immune system starts 'hibernating' longer than usual.... and your skin IS NOT FLAWLESS ANYMOREEEEEE!!!!!!! huhu... i want more holidays... i want to see more movies... hmmm... and i really want a date... yep... a date.... haluuuuuuuuu.......... anybody there????

yaa... i'm watching One Tree Hill (OTH) now... first time i fell in love with Chad, when he's in the movie... House Wax... thriller/ pyscho kind of film... yup.. me likeeeee!!!! he's bald... (i always have a thing with tall, handsome bald guys.. hehe)... well.. in OTH, he has hair.. still handsome though...

the twist of him loving this girl, Peyton, for so long always amaze me.... will it ever occur in real world? he proposed after a long hard fight... but Peyton refused at the moment... in the name of 'un-readiness'... like heyyyyy....... she really crushed him... it took him more than a year to date again.... and finally fall in love with another girl, Lindsay... a sweet, pretty, brilliant girl... and suddenly Peyton realizes that she wants him back! she stirs Lindsay-Lucas relationship around... and expects him to go back to her... *sigh* ya i know... it's only a tv show... well... i'm really into any show that i watched okay... even Zombi Kampung Pisang... hehe... end of discussion.... as for Peyton-Lucas-Lindsay... let's see how it goes... any ending, one heart gonna be damn broken... as of my 29++ yrs of life... the broken hearted girl is always me... ;-)

is it fair? heyyy... world is never fair... God saves my happiness somewhere and in a lot of other ways... i always believe it... one of it... :D
