What If....

Stress at the office is normal... but when you are 36 weeks preggie, thinking of nobody else can do your work while you're on maternity leave... plus all the 'craps' i received currently... made me wonder.... will they ever appreciates my contribution for the past years for the company??? how are they gonna survive without me??? it's just me who is concern isn't it??

Sometimes it's hard when the effort is going one way...

You never know how valuable an employee is until you lost him/her!

WHAT IF i don't return... i guess by evaluating the current condition, YOU will not be affected right? so.. gimme a reason why i should stay...

  2. serious N.. geram batul tau... nak amik 'extra employee' kata nak save overhead.. fine la kan... but i have immediate superior who suppose to know how to support my work? kalo dia takleh support... ahemmmmmm.... so skrg ni, mcm amik kesempatan sgt... sumbat sume benda... soh siapkan sume benda... mcm la nanti bila i 60days leave takde problem will arise.. pastu, tepon meks yg tgh menyusu baby la soh settle? gituuu?? eeeee....... frustnyaaaaaa...........

  3. memang geram kan..time2 tgh sarat plak diberi byk keja.. suppose in this stage dah kena rehat byk2..tak buleh stress2.. not good for da baby.. tp diorang tak paham!! sabar je lah.. susah2 sgt carik keja lain.. hehe

  5. maya... keje tu mmg sentiasa byk.. tapi as a boss.. u kena la berkebolehan utk cover anak buah u dlm masa2 cenggini.. ni tak... lagi di pergunakan ada lah.. huhu...
